Mango Bellini

| 1 Tbsp. fresh mango,peeled, pitted and puréed |
| 4 oz. chilled Prosecco (sparkling wine) |
| chilled Champagne flute |
| 1 mango peeled, pitted and sliced for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine mango puree and chilled Prosecco in each Champagne glass and serve. Garnish with fresh mango slices on the rim.
